Trimble—First, check the version number of the Field IQ module. This may save a lot of time and frustration trying to make something run that is not going to run.
Home > Settings > Field IQ > Diagnostics > Hardware > Rate and Section Control Module > Version
4.09 and 4.11 WILL NOT WORK. The controller will not control.
4.13, 3.20, and 3.06 should work.
You can change versions here: Home > Modules > Hardware > Field IQ > Firmware > FIQ_Rate_Section_Module
Select the highest number of the three shown above. > Upgrade
If they don’t have 4.13, there is a Trimble software /firmware update they haven’t done yet, that might be good to get, but they should be able to run with one of the 3.xx versions.

Trimble system will not control. Rate may be too high or too low or jumping all around.
